The HUB Child & Family Centre has enrolled in the CWELCC System. Effective January 1, 2023 HUB families will be billed the CWELCC reduced base fee as shown in the following tables.

Participating in the CWELCC System will help us to continue to provide high quality child care that is accessible, affordable, inclusive and sustainable. Fee reduction through the CWELCC system is for children under six years old. If your child turns six years old between January 1 and June 30 in a calendar year you will continue to receive the reduced base fee rate until June 30. If your child turns six years old between July 1 and December 31, you will continue to receive the reduced base fee rate until the end of your child’s birth month. For example if your child’s birthdate is March 6 – reduced base fees will continue to be charged until June 30 or if your child’s birthdate is Oct 6 – reduced base fees will continue to be charged until October 31^st.
